1. How fast are orders processed?

All Reclamation Jewelry pieces are custom made to order.  Most designs ship within approximately 3-4 weeks.


2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We are unable to edit orders once they've been placed. We're able to cancel your custom jewelry design within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, it cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to info@reclamationjewelry.com for assistance.


3. Is my order insured in transit?

Your package is fully insured while in transit! If you are having an issue with the delivery of your package, please reach out to info@reclamationjewelry.com for assistance.
Please Note: To ensure your fine jewelry is delivered to you safely, we require a signature on all orders over $500 USD.


4. Where can I find a status update on my order?

You can find an estimated ship by date within your order confirmation email. We're unable to provide any other details throughout the production process, but we will certainly be in touch if we are experiencing any delays.


5. How do I figure out my ring size?

We can offer a complimentary Ring Sizer for you to use at home. However, the most accurate way to determine your ring size is by visiting a local jeweler. Please keep in mind, your ring size can fluctuate about a half size, based on your temperature and other factors.  If the jewelry is a surprise, we recommend taking a favorite ring (that is worn on the finger the ring is intended for) to a local jeweler to determine that size. 


6. What is your return policy?

All Reclamation Jewelry items are custom made to order per your specifications. As a result, we are unable to accept returns for full refund or store credit except in the case of quality issues and/or manufacturing defects. In some instances, we may, at our own discretion, take back unwanted items with a restocking fee of 25% plus shipping. If you believe your items are defective, please contact us at info@reclamationjewelry.com and provide detailed info and pictures. All eligible return merchandise must be requested by emailing info@reclamationjewelry.com within 7 days of receipt. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization and return reason, and must arrive in their original condition.
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days of items being received.
To be eligible for a refund minus restocking fee, the items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by all original documentation.

 

CRAFTSMANSHIP

Reclamation Jewelry guarantees against all defects of materials and craftsmanship of our jewelry, but it does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidental damage.
We recommend having your jewelry inspected every six months to 1 year to keep it in good condition.
Should repairs be needed, it is the client’s responsibility to ship and insure the piece(s); Reclamation Jewelry will return jewelry via insured shipment. If you are in need of repair services, please send a request to info@reclamationjewelry.com


7. THIS IS THE FUN PART!

You will have plenty of details to stress about later, like who will get the lucky seat next to long-winded Uncle Tony and whether or not your best man will deliver a completely inappropriate speech. For now, we want you to relax and be confident that you are in good hands. After all, shopping for an engagement ring and wedding band should be fun!
